Who is this for?

This programme is designed for leaders of boards and operational teams who are ready to commit to working on their relationships and shared leadership approach which ultimately will improve the effectiveness of leadership within their organisations. Together, you will work on sharing and shaping an agenda based on the shared needs and challenges that you are facing, focused on problem-solving, innovation, designing governance architecture and relationships, governance and leadership practices, tools and ideas.

Working in cohorts of six organisations you will build relationships across the group with your peers in a safe place to share reflections and experiences and challenge yourselves collectively to learn and share new ways of effective leadership.

Building a Roadmap for Shared Leadership

Throughout the programme both within sessions, and working between sessions with your boards and senior leaders, you will build a roadmap for development focused on governance and leadership architecture, roles and responsibilities, expectations for shared and distributed leadership.

This ensures you are co-designing a plan for activation over the six months and beyond.
