New Programme Development
Programme Objectives
The objectives of these programmes are to enable chairs and CEO’s to enhance their shared leadership and governance practices. We aim to challenge thinking, share tools and experiences and create space to further develop each organisation’s governance practices. This is designed for leaders ready to invest in their relationship, leadership and development. Each programme will work with either CEO’s or Chairs as the primary cohort, linking back to their leadership partners throughout.
Working with investors
We are interested in establishing partnerships with philanthropic investors who are also seeking to strengthen the capability of their community partners. We can see value in the combination of our expertise with your relationships and support for community organisations.
Expression of Interest process
Our experience to date has shown the value of understanding the governance and leadership needs of community organisations, prior to curating a cohort of entities to participate in these programme offerings. We propose running an EOI process, with investor involvement to identify those organisations who see value in participating in these offerings.
